Modern # 1

 

This was my first try at a modern home, so I built a one bedroomed luxury bachelor pad. I got to enjoy myself so much cos I didn't have to try to pitch any roofs. Hope you like it.

this was built on a 30x30 plot on 477 Sunnyside Blvd. It has a bar and a pool and a lovely barbecue area.
